How Mindful Giving Foundation collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective date: September 15, 2026.
Mindful Giving Foundation ("we," "us," or "the Foundation") is a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 42-3046033. We help partner nonprofits run in-kind giving programs through donor wishlists.
When you use the contact form on our Talk to Us page, we collect the information you provide: your organization's name, your organization's website, your name, your email address, and the message you send us.
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically log standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and site performance purposes.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about partnering with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you make a donation through a wishlist connected to Mindful Giving Foundation, that transaction may be processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers. Because donations are made to Mindful Giving Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3), we issue the donor's tax receipt directly.
This site uses only the minimal technical cookies needed for basic functionality. We do not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain reasonable business records.
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, or to request that we correct or delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
